Russell Waldron, he may look like Claypole from Rentaghost but he is a Millwall fanatic. |

As we missed the girl of the week last week we thought we’d give you an extra special treat in the form of the gorgeous Emma Fuller. Emma is a massive Arsenal fan and once turned down David Bentley, top girl, who obviously has class as well as sexy looks! |

The Championship season is well under way and it will be a fascinating tussle for the teams who are battling it out for a big juicy slice of the pizza that is the Premiership. |

Did anyone see the Arse stick one over the jocks the other night playing wonderful footy as they have been doing all season. Anyway, I was down the battle-cruiser with my mate Soffo The Greek last night and he couldn’t believe the reaction to Eduardo’s iffy penalty decision in the media. He was so mad he said he’ll even vent his spleen in The Den……over to the Greek Gooner. |
| Easy draw for British clubs |

The Champions League draw was bit of anti-climax, wasn’t it really? No Ronaldo Old Trafford reunion, no Jose Mourinho return and not even a tasty tie with Juventus or Rangers for our English clubs. Instead the so called ‘big four’ can be relatively happy with their respective groups and as much as Michel Plantini wont like it, should find themselves safely through to the knockout stage. However Elsewhere around Europe the draw has thrown together some early mouth-watering match ups. |

Today is the day that I have decided to finally get something off my chest that has been bugging me for over a season now. I do not doubt that it will seem somewhat controversial to many of you, but let me tell you now before anyone has the audacity to disagree, I am right. It goes like this: Behind the obvious talisman of Steven Gerrard and of course ‘Nando’ Torres, Dirk Kuyt is the next best Liverpool player. Phew, that feels better. |

I have been a West Ham supporter for the best part of 30 years and have seen many ups and downs over that time. I have had a season ticket for the past four years and love being able to go and see the team I love every other week. It is a great feeling to know you have a ticket for every league game. My old chums Dexy (you’ve heard of him, right?) and Briggsy accompany me to every game and we enjoy a pint and a pie and hopefully a good game. I am passionate about my club and fiercely proud of our tradition, our working class roots and some of the legends that have graced the club over the years. I have to say, though, that this morning I am at one of my lowest ebbs as a Hammer, and Christ there have been a few! |

We live in a weird footballing world. Where some teams struggle to stay afloat and yet others have so much cash they are positively overflowing with notes. Doesn’t seem fair does it? |
| And this year’s Premiership winners are….Spurs?? |
|
August 25th, 2009 at 6:00 am by Nick Weaser
Two Premiership games gone, two performances from the boys from White Hart Lane that made the ‘top four’ look average. I have to admit, during pre-season I was more than willing to write Spurs off as challengers to the top six, let alone the top four: Their friendlies were uninspiring, their starting 11 looked boring on paper, and they had just bought the 7ft beanpole from Portsmouth. With my Dad a Spurs fan, it made sense to dishearten him regarding any hopes he had for them this season. |

The week’s Ultimate 11 is one of our most loyal members and top boy Teflon. You can usually find him moaning about Nicholas Bendtner or slating Newcastle in the Den. |
