This week we have a double treat with the stunningly cute McGee twins from Liverpool. Now there’s no need to clean your glasses, you are not seeing things, Beki & Hannah are identical twins. We believe we have found the sexiest twins alive. Both girls caused a stir at Liverpool fashion week recently and look set for big things.

Premier League new boys – Staying up or going down?
August 29th, 2008 at 7:00 am by Dan Church

At the beginning of the season people around the country were saying West Brom would survive back in the Premiership reasonably comfortably, and that Stoke and Hull would struggle and no doubt “do one” straight back into the Fizzy Pop League. After all, West Brom had brought in Scott Carson, an England International (not that that says a lot these days) and had the likes of Jonathon Greening, Ishmael Miller, Roman Bednar and Neil Clement in their ranks, people who had well and truly proven themselves in the Championship, and Stoke and Hull, having never had Premiership experience in their history would no doubt struggle to realise what had hit them against the likes of the big 4.

Everything changes but you…

…England, a thousand miles apart?

The Olympics have provided us with a wonderful two weeks of entertainment and Team GB (why do they call it this? What happened to Great Britain?) exceeded all expectations and finished in a lofty fourth position in the medals table. Padraig Harrington won his second Open in succession and lifted the fourth major of the year, the US PGA to enter golfing folklore.

Don’t ditch our team programme?
August 27th, 2008 at 7:00 am by Caroline Barker

Not on your life!

In a mad fit of pique I bought two Madonna programmes for £25 EACH. I DON’T EVEN LIKE MADONNA, but wave a programme in front of my nose and I would imagine it’s somewhat like a red light to a desperate old man.

MK Dons, a joke club
August 16th 2008. One of the worst days in memory of supporting Northampton Town and football in general. The stage was set for a Cobblers invasion of Milton Keynes. Over 3,000 away tickets had been sold as we made our way to neighbours Milton Keynes Dons for the first time in our history. This is a history that stretches back 111 years, whereas the Dons have hardly made it through a decade in existence.

Do we really want Berbatov in our league?
August 20th, 2008 at 10:53 am by Caroline Barker

He’’s a player, he doesn’’t love you anymore, and all he wants to do is score. What would you do with a striker like Dimitar Berbatov? If I were Daniel Levy over at White Hart Lane I’d have stuck him in the nearest taxi and sent him down to Stevenage Borough in the Blue Square Premier for a spell up front with the big boys.

Terry named England captain
August 19th, 2008 at 3:09 pm by Jamie Farrier

Capello knows best

Talking about England in the current climate is like treading on eggshells which have been laid by glass geese. Everyone has an opinion, and it’s fast gravitating to the same hunting ground, whereby sounding negative enough to slate an underperforming team is the norm, but edging your argument with a hint of positivity to suggest you could do a better job than the man Capello.
